1. How often are the vehicles cleaned?

We deep clean each vehicle, inside and out, before and after every use.

2. What parts of the vehicles are clean?

We pay great attention to the vehicle's 'touch points', the parts that people tend to touch, such as door handles, switches and of course seat belts as well as other contact surfaces like handrails and posts. This is done using a disinfectant sanitiser.

3. Will the driver be wearing protective equipment?

We provide a range of protective equipment for all our drivers and clients, including protective gloves, hand-sanitiser, anti-bacterial wipes, cleaning cloths and protective masks.
